It is proven that with multiple feeding and regular water change your fishes will grow much faster, but please don't throw tons off food into your tank thinking the fishes will finish them. Feed multiple but in moderation and have partial water changes. If you find some smaller ones in the group, remove them and feed them separately because the bigger ones have a tendency of guarding the food.
